Manage your account and data
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Method 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Dice Cat app:
- Open the Dice Cat app
- Go to your Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email from your registered email address
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your username or email used for the account
- We will process your request within 7 business days
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, bio, location, photos)
- All your game preferences and availability
- All your connections and matches
- All your messages and chat history
- All reports you've filed
- Your blocked users list
- Your authentication credentials
